Sales and delivery

The experience ticket and the order confirmation are always sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the experience ticket is transferred to you, as a consumer, the moment you receive the ticket.

Once the payment for an experience has been made, the ticket will always be sent to the email address provided. If you don't receive the email, first check if our message has arrived in the spam, spam or promotions folder. If you don't find it there, you can contact us directly for assistance.

Prices

VAT

All prices at Bspark Benalmádena are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT. Excepted are those experiences that, due to their content and nature, are exempt from VAT in accordance with current regulations.

Gift card

Our gift card is a card for a certain amount that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be combined with each other and must be used individually. In addition, discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if these conditions are not met.

Pricing and typographical errors

We reserve the right to cancel an order when there is a significant and/or evident price or typographical error on our website, social networks, newsletters or other email communications.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel

If the experience is more than 24 hours away, you can request a rescheduling by contacting us directly, provided that you have previously purchased cancellation insurance. Some experiences may have special rescheduling conditions, for example, those that include accommodation or that require extended preparation time. In these cases, possible exceptions will be indicated in the conditions of the experience.

Keep in mind that experiences usually require preparations and expenses that must be covered in advance, so the amount of the experience is not refundable.

The day of the experience

If something unexpected occurs immediately before or on the same day of the experience, such as an illness, you should contact the person responsible for the experience to report that you will not be able to participate. You will find the contact details in your booking confirmation.

If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you can request a rescheduling in accordance with the insurance conditions. In addition, you can generally give your ticket to someone else.

Cancellation insurance must be purchased in advance by contacting Bspark.

Weather conditions

Safety and good conditions for carrying out the activity are our top priority. Therefore, on certain occasions, weather conditions can make it impossible to carry out an experience.

If this happens, the person responsible for the experience will contact you to arrange a new date.

If the person responsible for the experience cancels

The person responsible for the experience will do their best to ensure that you can enjoy it. However, unforeseen circumstances may occur, such as illness, adverse road conditions, or other situations that make it impossible to carry out the activity.

In these cases, the responsible person will contact you by phone or SMS and then by email.

If the person responsible for the experience decides to cancel it due to an insufficient number of participants, planning errors or similar circumstances, the cancellation must be notified at least 5 days before the start of the experience.

In case of cancellation by Bspark, an alternative date will be offered to carry out the experience. If it is not possible to offer an alternative date, you will be entitled to arefund of the amount paid for the experience.

Security

Through our software provider, Holdbar, we use SSL technology, which means that your credit card information is processed in an encrypted form.

If you pay with a credit card, you are protected against possible fraudulent use of the card and you can claim a payment through your bank when appropriate.

Bspark Málaga uses SSL to ensure that your credit card information is processed in a secure and encrypted manner.

Requirements upon arrival to the experience

You must arrive at least 5 minutes earlier before the start time of the experience.

Upon arrival, you must be able to prove your reservation using your ticket or booking confirmation.

Personal Information

  • Personal data are registered by Bspark Málaga and are kept for the time established by applicable legislation.

When you buy an experience at Bspark Benalmádena, we need the following information:

  • Address.
  • Email address.
  • Telephone number.

We request your phone number to be able to provide you with good service in case of any unforeseen event related to sending the order confirmation, sending a gift box or the day of the experience.

When we collect personal information through our website, we make sure to inform you about what information is collected and for what purpose, and we obtain your consent when necessary in accordance with applicable regulations.
